Traditionally the first of March is given to celebrating not only St. David, Dewi Sant the patron saint of Wales, but also Welsh culture.
On this day, Welsh people wear a leek or a yellow daffodil.
Our program this year will include Welsh tenor Trebor Edwards, coming to us from Corwen North Wales, as our guest soloist, local Welsh Folk group
Dinas o Frain (City of Crows), members of the Seattle Welsh Choir, accompanist David Lepse. Tom Gething and director of the Seattle Welsh Choir, will lead us in a few familiar Welsh songs. Te Bach (Welsh Tea) and Welsh Craft Sale after the program.

Admission to the concert and tea are free to the public,
but your donations are greatly appreciated to support future events. Everyone is welcome to help us celebrate over a century of Welsh culture in the Puget Sound region!

“Be joyful, and keep your faith and your creed.
Do the little things that you have seen me do and heard about.

I will walk the path that our fathers have trod before us.”
Last recorded words of Saint David 589 AD

‘Do the little things’ ('Gwnewch y pethau bychain')
Is still a well-known phrase in Wales.
